スパム でちょっと思った
頭、BLOG、メール・・・ここ数日、スパムだらけ。
そこでちょっと思った。
長寿日本一を長年誇っていた沖縄の人の寿命が
ここ数年で変わったという話をよく聞く。
古くから沖縄特有の食生活続けてきた老人たちは未だに
健康で長寿の方も多いようだが米軍の基地が出来て
それまで沖縄にはなかった食べ物を軍事物資とともにどっさりと持ち込んだ。
その一つに『スパム』がある。
なにか葉物の野菜と一緒にさっと炒めただけで、ビールのお供には
なかなかいい。
チャーハンなんかに入れるのも手抜きの時にはいい。
でも・・・とにかくショッパイ！
うーむ、あまり体にはよくないような・・・。
ということで、しばらくはスパム攻撃が続きそうです。
一日何回もチェックしてその都度何十個と削除を繰り返してはおりますが
とても追いつけません。
くれぐれもお手を触れませんように。
きのう（いや、もうおとといか）、行った沖縄料理の店のありました。ＳＰＡＭのカンヅメ。
これ以上蔓延しないように関連メニューは注文しておりません（笑）。少しはカタキがとれたかな？
