工務店が元気だ！ のような気がする。
最近、なぜか東京以外の工務店さんから
いろんなご相談がくる。
『2007年問題』のようなもので、世代交代の時期に来ているのかもしれない。
若い世代の工務店社長が自社の改革に取り組み始めているようだ。
その一部は価格競争を生き抜くためにコストダウンの方法を教える
セミナーへせっせと通う。
またあるものは、健康住宅、免震住宅、特許工法など
材料、工法などで他社との差別化を模索する。
で、私のところへの相談はもちろん
『建築プロデュースに興味がある』である。
要は、『建築家住宅を売り物に出来ないだろうか？』ということのようだ・・・。
建築プロデュースをプロデュースする建築プロデューサー朝妻義征・・・
なんじゃそりゃ?!
でも、ちょっと本気です。
もともと、私も“現場あがり”ですから。
工務店がプロデュースすると、どうしても施工者主導になりませんか？
何だか朝妻さんのスタンスと違うような気がしましたが。
建築家を客寄せパンダみたく考えているビルダーは結構いますからね。
