建築家との家づくり with わたし（建築プロデューサー朝妻義征）
あの～今更ですが・・・
念のために、私がお手伝いさせて頂く場合の
建築家との家づくりの流れをお伝えします。
まずは
お話を伺います。
出来れば、たくさんたくさん伺いたいです。
「建築家とつくりたいです！」
ではなくて
「これこれ、こんな暮らしがしたいです」
「これこれ、こんな事をしている時が好きです」
「これこれ、こんな時になんとなく幸せを感じます」
なんてことを聞きたいです。
そのお話を聞きながら、またはその後に
「う～む、あの建築家と合いそうだ」
「あの建築家ならうまい解決案を出してくれそうだ」
「もうこれはあの建築家しかいないだろう！」
なんて “ お告げ ” みたいなモノが
どこかから降って来ます。
（ちょっとスピリチュアル？）
そのために、お話をいっぱいお聞きしたいです。
これからつくり上げていく家であなたが笑っている姿を
わたしに想像させてください。
イメージさせてください。
わたしは
お話の中に出てくるいくつかのキーワードを
汲み上げることを心掛けます。
「こんな家にしたいの」
「こんな暮らしがしたい！」
の、裏にある何かを。
それを見つけるために
それを具現化する建築家を選び出すために
お話を聞かせてください。
というわけで
おそらくは他のプロデュース会社よりは
時間が掛かるかもしれませんので
予めご了承ください。
