見積書を提示する。
という行為はどんな業種・業界でもあることだろう。
そして、その多数がその業界内での下から上へのものではないだろうか。
つまりはプロｖｓプロ。
双方がそのものの相場を知っている。
「う～む、Ａ社じゃオタクよりも５％くらいは安いよ。合わせられないの？」
「何とか努力しますがさすがにそこまでは・・・」
なんてやりとりが容易に想像できる。
では、プロvs消費者
自動車の場合はどうか？
車輌本体価格 ￥○，○○○，○○○．－
オプション、税金、その他・・・。
大体想像がつく。
日常的な買い物の際
キャベツ：いくら！、豚バラ：いくら！！、いちご：いくら！！！
と販売価格表示のみ。
（目の前の商品がどういう流通経路を辿ってここにあるのかは知らないけど
それの内訳を聞こうとも思わない）
で、住宅の場合はというと
「設計図に基づきまして積算しましたところこうなりました」
と、『ドｵーン！』
いきなり机の上に、デイリーコンサイスくらいの厚みの見積書が置かれる。
中を見る。
【大項目】
建築工事
電気設備工事
給排水衛生設備工事
換気設備工事
ガス設備工事
諸経費
[建築工事内訳]
仮設工事、土工事、基礎工事、木工事、屋根工事、防水工事、塗装工事、金属製建具工事、木製建具工事、内装工事、金属工事、雑工事・・・
でその中が更に細かく分かれている。
その他の大項目についても同様。
こんなもの生まれてはじめてみる多くの施主は
こんなもの判断のしようが有るはずがないのではないか？
その中に出てくる名称さえ何のことだかチンプンカンプン。
そうなると
多くの住宅メーカーがそうであるように
「坪単価一式いくら！」
（当然メーカーも同様の見積者は出すことが多いとおもうが）
というほうが逆に親切なのだろうか？
これは不透明感があるものの判断はしやすいかもしれない。
うーむ、何がいいたいのいかよく分からなくなってきた。
ただなんとなく、この見積書をめぐるやりとりが
どうもしっくり来ない今日この頃だったので
とりあえず書いてみた。
