不動産について ちょっと思った。
昨日、テレビで「不動産不況・・・」についての番組をやっていました。
とてもたくさんの人が見たのでしょう。
不動産関係者の人、これから不動産を購入しようとしている人。
なにもそんなに煽らなくてもいいのに。
みんな、そんなに不況のニュースが好きなのだろうか。
ああいうのを見ると「厳しいのは自分だけではない」と
安心するのだろうか。
「みんな、買い時に迷っているんだ。私だけじゃないんだ」と
安心するのだろうか。
昨日の番組の中でも
一応はプロの業者が「これは事業としては失敗です」と
きっぱりと言い放っているのが何件かあった。
株などもそうなんじゃないかな？
（私、株の事は全然わかりません。
味噌汁の具か、漬物にするくらいかな）
そもそも不動産は
一般の方々が
作戦を練って買うものではないと
私は思います。
だってそこには「愛｣が感じられないだも〜ん。
