誰に向けて発言すのか？
誰かと会話するとき、特に大切な話しをするときには
「今から話すことばは、すべて自分に向かって言え！」
と、自己命令してから話すのがいいそうです。
つまり、自分が聞き手になったときにどう感じるかを
意識して話すということでしょうか。
もっと要約すれば
「自分が言われて嫌なことは言ってはいけないよ」
と、いうことでしょうか。
私のお客様はみなさん
はじめての家づくりでとても大きな不安を抱えて
私との面談に臨むのだと思います。
その不安を少しでも解消できるように努めなくてはいけないと
常に意識しているつもりではありますが
気がつくとつい専門用語を使ってしまったりすることも
あるのかもしれません。
お客様が何を望んでいるのかを
引き出すのはとても時間が掛かります。
何度も対話を続けなくてはお互いのことが分からりません。
しかし、なんど話しても感性が合わないこともあります。
お互いにその見極めは出来る限り早めにした方が言いのかもしれません。
私は絶えず
「うん、なんとなくこの方とは同じ方向を向いて進んでいける」
という直感を大切にしています。
曖昧ではありますが、そういうことってとても大切だと
痛感する日々であります。 はい。
