テナントビルの行方は・・・
今日は、所用で東京駅近辺へ
少し早めについたのでブラブラしていると・・・
（ほとんどのポストに名前なし）
こんな感じの新築ビルが
いくつもありました。
用が済んで新宿辺りに別件で。
そして、あちこちにテナント募集の看板。
どれも皆、とてもいい立地条件
と、言われそうなところです。
これまでの考え方、とらえ方だと・・・
世界が、世の中が、人が
少し違う方向に向かっているのではないかと
思うことが多々あります。
「近隣の相場よりも明らかに高いけど
それでもどうしてもそのビルに入りた～い」
という気持ちになるようなビルしか
通用しないのかな？
“付加価値”？
これは、＝デザイン
って、言うのとも少し違うと思います。
「う～ん、なんかいい！」
「入る前から、ワクワクするん～」
って感じじゃないとダメな気がします。
もう何十年も前のものでも、未だに空き待ちのテナントビルがあります。
規模は大小、高低。
いろんなタイプのものがあります。
または所謂、ヴィンテージものもいくつもあります。
新しくて、デカイだけ。
た～だ、白い箱（黒い箱）。
そんなものにはもう、人の心は反応しないのではないでしょうか？
