施主予備軍のBLOG活用法について ちょっと思ったこと
以前から、お世話になっている施主ブロガーgaraikaさんの過去のエントリに
「施主予備軍のBLOG活用－依頼先探しにどうか」というのがある。
これに触発されて、自分でも何か出来るのではないかと
「仮宣言」までしたにもかかわらず、いまだ何も出来ず、力のなさを実感中。
でも、投げ出さずに試行錯誤は続けていこうと思う。
昨日、ある方からコメントを頂いて気付いたことがある。
私の前のエントリについてのご意見を頂いた。
この方も、嬉しいことに私がそのエントリをするまでは
それなりに私のことを認めてくださっていたようだ。
しかし、その信頼感（そこまではいかないか？）も
その方のお考えと違うことをかいた途端に
実に簡単に「あっ、こいつじゃダメだ」 となってしまう。
実に残念なことである。
でも、悲しんでばかりいられない。
そこで、ふと思った。
こういう使い方でいいのではないか、と。
考えてみれば当たり前のことだが
インターネットは無料で情報を得る場である。
当然、不特定多数の方に見られていることを
意識しながらつくられている。
しかし、BLOGは少し違うニュアンスもあるのではないか。
少し前のことだが
ある女性が家づくりの過程を記録に残す意味もかねて
BLOGを立ち上げた。
その女性の文章も、傍から読んでいると
少し心配になって、アドバイスしたくなるようなものが多かったのも事実だが。
あまりにもそれがエスカレートしてしまい、現在はもう、そのBLOGは
お止めになってしまった。
チャットとBLOGは違う。（チャットはしたことがないが）
既に多くの人がBLOGを、ただの日記としてではなく
書き込んでいる。
施主側は日記的なものがほとんどだが
つくり手側は営業を意識したものが爆発的に増えている。
それを、施主が自由に読んで
選択していけばいいのであろう。
改めて言うまでもないことか？
でも、まだつくり手側のBLOGの数が少ないのかもしれない。
綺麗にデザインされたホームページでは分からないことが
BLOGには出てくる。
“ 人となり ” のようなものだ。
それをじっくりと読み込んで、選択肢を絞り込むのも
BLOGの活用法ではないか。
と、今更ながら感じた。

ここのところ、あまりにも「持ち上げられて」しまってコメントがつけにくい（笑）。
ｂｌｏｇの活用、基本的には朝妻さんの理解でいいのではないでしょうか。
施主も施工者も設計者も千差万別なのですから。合う・合わないは当然のごとく発生するはずです。
ハウスメーカーは「合わない」状態を極力避けるマーケティングをしています。誰かが言っておりました。「ハウスメーカーは80％の人が80％程度満足できる家作りを目指している」と。それが真実かどうかは別にして、ビジネスモデルとしてはその狙いは理解できます。
建築家・設計事務所の場合は、そんな戦略をとっても意味はありません。まずは設計者の基本姿勢として「依頼主が１0０％満足できる家を建てる」ことを目指すとしても、100％の人間を満足させるのは無理でしょう。
設計事務所はマスをターゲットにしなくてもいいのではないでしょうか。来る者拒まずという姿勢をとりつつも10％ほどの人、すなわち10軒に1軒が設計事務所と建ててくれるのならば、現在の市場より相当大きくなるのではないですか。
「合う人」を施主と設計者、施工者が探しあう、blogはそのように使えるものだと思います。
それはそうとして、設計事務所による設計は自由度が高いことをもっとアピールしたほうがいいと思います。
開口を大きくとれば多少なりとも断熱性能は落ちる（窓よりは壁の方が断熱性能は高いので）。けれども、多少断熱性能を犠牲にしても大きく開口をとりたいことだってあると思うのです。そのとき金科玉条のごとくＱ値の絶対維持水準を定めていたりしたら自由度は狭まってしまう。
断熱以外にも家の構成要素は山のようにあるわけで、「こちらの機能を充足するために、この性能はこのレベルで良しとしよう」なんていう調整を積み重ねていくのですよね。家というものはそうした複合した条件の「おとしどころ」を探って施主にフィットさせていくものだと思っています。そこで施主の優先順位が重要になってくる。
数々の調整事項を施主の志向に合わせてゼロから設計できる自由度があるのが、設計事務所の強みだと思うのです。中には自由度が限定的な建築家もいるでしょうが、そういう建築家の良し悪しを紹介するのが朝妻さんの役割になるのではないでしょうか。
